What we collect
When you send a brief, we collect your business name, your name, your email address, an optional town, and the message you type into the form. Nothing else.
What we do with it
We read your brief and reply to it. If we begin working together, we use your details to send invoices and project communications. That is the entire purpose.
What we never do
We do not sell or share your details with anyone. We do not add you to a newsletter. We do not run remarketing pixels or third-party trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
If we do not end up working together, we delete your brief from our inbox after twelve months. If we do, we keep project records for as long as legally required and no longer.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to delete everything we hold on you. Email hello@aurum.md and we will confirm within seventy-two hours.
