Engagement

A project begins when both parties sign a written quote and the first invoice is paid. The quote sets out the deliverables, the timeline, and the price.

Payment

Fifty per cent on engagement, fifty per cent on handover. Payment is due within fourteen days of invoice. We do not chase invoices; we simply pause delivery if one is more than thirty days late.

Revisions

One round of revisions is included. A round is a single batch of consolidated feedback. Additional rounds, or changes to scope agreed after sign-off, are quoted separately.

Handover and ownership

At handover, the site, its source files, the registered domain (where included), the fonts and the photography commissioned for the project all transfer to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Hosting

The included hosting period begins on the day of handover. After it ends, you may move the site to any host of your choosing, or ask us to continue hosting under a separate annual agreement.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the value of the engagement. We do not provide a warranty for changes you or third parties make to the site after handover.
